Important Information

All our products are authentic and shipped directly from Japan. Please note the following regarding voltage compatibility:

  • Voltage Standards: Many appliances we sell are designed for Japan’s 100V voltage, unless otherwise specified in the product description. If no voltage information is provided, it is safe to assume the product is intended for 100V use.
  • Use Outside Japan: Products rated for AC100V are designed for the Japanese domestic power supply. Voltage standards vary by country and region. Please verify compatibility with your local electrical supply and, where necessary, use an appropriate voltage transformer before operating the product. Purchasing an AC100V appliance for use outside Japan is at the customer's discretion, and voltage compatibility with the destination country should be confirmed before purchase.
  • International Compatibility: Some items are compatible with 100–240V for international use. Please check the product specifications carefully to ensure compatibility in your region before purchasing.
  • USB-Charged or Battery-Powered Products: These do not have voltage concerns and can be used anywhere.
  • Plug Compatibility: Japanese appliances typically use Type A plugs. If your socket has a different shape, you may need a plug converter, which is readily available at local stores.

Manuals: Manuals are generally in Japanese unless stated otherwise. For assistance, tools like the Google Translate app can help by translating text instantly through your phone's camera.

⚠️ Reminder: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure voltage and plug compatibility before use. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to incorrect voltage or plug use.

Born more than 100 years ago in 1908 in Dresden, Germany, Melitta was the first coffee specialty brand in the world to invent the "paper drip system. The method of brewing coffee with paper, which is commonplace today, was born from the desire of the company's female founder, Melitta Benz, to "brew better coffee for my family. At the time, ground coffee beans were generally brewed by soaking them in hot water, but Melitta Benz overturned this common practice and established the world's first method of enjoying coffee by filtering it through paper.
