Warranty

The warranty period for electrical products follows the regulations set by the original Japanese manufacturer and is valid only within Japan. To avail of the Japanese warranty, the product must be returned to Japan at the customer's expense, including shipping fees and related maintenance costs.

We will facilitate communication with the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for defects arising from the use of step-down transformers or incompatibilities with local power sources. Please carefully check the product specifications to ensure compatibility in your region before purchase.

Unless otherwise specified, all our products are sourced from Japan and are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered or travel-friendly items).

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the contents of the order: the place of delivery, the mode of transportation and the weight of the package. Estimated delivery time to USA

We use the most appropriate logistics method for your shipment depending on the location and type of item, so transit times may vary. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the shipping order number and a tracking link for your order.

Fulfilling and estimated delivery time: 10~20 business days

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the amount of packages in route, customs clearance process, or delivery status by the local postal service, etc.

Payment Method

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When paying by credit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Tax & Custom

You may be charged additional handling, import, or tax fees as your order passes through customs. Please note, any additional charges on shipments are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend reviewing these with your local customs departments prior to ordering.

Return & Refund

We offer an 8-day return request period for eligible items. This does not mean that all purchases are eligible for return.

Returns due to "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with local power sources are not accepted.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact (e.g., shrink wrap, seals, and outer boxes).

Exceptions and non-returnable items, including customized proxy purchase items, hygiene products, and hazardous materials, are detailed in our Refund Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and any handling fees for returns unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged or defective product).

[Product Features]
• Three configurations for use as a heated seat cushion, hand warmer, or warming pad
• Four heat levels selected with the controller button
• USB-powered and compatible with a suitable power bank, sold separately
• Soft velour feel with polyurethane cushioning
• Washable cushion with a storage pouch and power-bank pocket

[How to Use]
• Connect the cushion to a 5V USB power source rated at 2A or more using the supplied cable; heating starts at the highest level when connected
• Press the button to cycle through level 4 red, level 3 purple, level 2 green, level 1 white, and off
• For seat-cushion use, place flat on a stable surface with the controller side facing up; do not sit on the power bank or controller
• For hand warming, fold with the controller side facing inward and secure the three buttons
• Fold as needed for warming-pad use; avoid direct contact with bare skin
• Heating stops automatically after approximately 3 hours; unplug after use

[Important Use Notes]
• Requires an external USB power source to heat; a power bank is not included
• Do not use while sleeping or keep the same skin area in contact for extended periods, to prevent low-temperature burns
• Do not use in rain, wet conditions, or before the cushion is fully dry
• Some power banks may stop supplying power during temperature-control pauses; switch to a suitable power source if this happens repeatedly
• Do not apply prolonged pressure to the controller or compress or tightly fold the cushion for storage

• Remove the power cable and power bank before washing
• Hand wash or use a laundry net and gentle machine cycle with water at 40°C or below
• Line dry in shade and allow to dry completely before use
• Do not bleach, iron, tumble dry, or dry clean
