• Each 28 g serving provides 20.0 g of whey protein, with 75% protein content on a dry product basis and an amino acid score of 100
• Each serving contains 7.5 billion L. plantarum OLL2712 MI-2 heat-killed lactic acid bacteria, based on the product design value, for a total of 15 billion in 2 daily servings
• Provides 6 vitamins per serving: vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and D, plus niacin
• Refreshing yogurt flavor designed for easy drinking after exercise or as part of a daily protein routine

[How to Use]
• Pour 250 mL of water into a shaker, add 4 level scoops using the included scoop, approximately 28 g, and shake well
• Adjust the amount of liquid to taste; a shaker is recommended when mixing with milk or other beverages
• The suggested intake is twice daily; first-time users or anyone who finds a full serving too large may begin with a smaller amount
• Drink promptly after mixing
